Academic Affairs

Academic Affairs (AA) works to promote the interests of the undergraduate student body in the academic sphere. This semester,  in collaboration with key members of the Academic administration such as the Vice Provost for Education and other university governing bodies such as Faculty Senate, we will transparently

  • Continue to support and develop the initiatives of past Academic Affairs committees such as the Faculty Student Lunches program;
  • Identify areas for improvement within the academic climate such as the academic advising units and suggest concrete improvements in these areas;
  • Advocate for the implementation of previously-identified solutions with the endorsement of Senate’s general body, including our Course Information White Paper and IB Credit Proposal.
